There are three main points I’d like for people to take away about sustaining high performance teams from the session featured in this synopsis video:
- Have a real conversation with your team about the potential, whether it’s potential that’s currently being realized and what potential they’d like to be realized further down the road, whether that’s in six or twelve months’ time or beyond.
- Be sure to look at both the design of the team as well as the dynamic of the team, and perhaps pay more attention to the dynamic.
- Have a clarity around how you’re going to sustain things beyond the conversation.
