How impactful are women in top teams? When are they are their most powerful? In today’s world these are questions that bubble up.

My experience is that, in a team facing change – and what one isn’t facing change of one sort or another? – then a good gender mix makes that so much easier. The female energy brings more fluidity into the process.
The temptation for women is to believe that they must behave like men in order to compete in the business world – and let’s face it that business world is still dominated by men, and is changing far slower than it should be!
In my experience, women are amazingly powerful when they are simply being the best version of themselves – and totally step into their own energy.
So, my call to women in business is – be yourself, that is where you have the most impact! And you are so desperately needed in this fast changing world we operate in!
