Podcast #126: Strong Team Culture Builds Businesses Fast

Tristan White

Today’s guest on the Winning Teams Podcast is Tristan White. He is the founder and CEO of the Physio Co, a unique healthcare business in Australia. It has been listed as one of Australia’s 50 Best Place to Work in 2014 and is highly regarded as a great place to work. Tristan also wrote the book Culture is Everything: The Story and System of a Start-up that became Australia’s Best Place to Work.

Tristan is a qualified physiotherapist. He started his career with the dream to work with elite sportspeople, particularly his favorite Australian Football League team The Mighty Richmond Titans in Melbourne.

However, after only one year, Tristan made an early pivot in his career. He chose to work with older people who lived in nursing homes, retirement villages and in their own homes. He realized his passion as a physiotherapist and the opportunity to build a business.
