Hans Finzel is a successful author, mentor, speaker and trusted authority in the field of leadership. Hans has trained leaders internationally on five continents and founded HDLeaders in 2012 where he serves as President. Prior to that, Hans completed twenty years as President and CEO of international non-profit WorldVenture. He is the Author of the Top 10 Ways to Be a Great Leader, an Amazon Bestseller.

Hans also mentions that hardly any behavior can hurt followers more than a leader who doesn’t know how to listen, which I find to be true!.
On Leadership and Management, Hans says that Leadership is doing the right things while management is doing things right.; that Leadership is about vision, direction, excitement and passion. Management on the other hand is the mechanics of getting the work done.
The book that had a profound impact in his life is the Necessary Endings by Henry Cloud, which talks about letting go and moving on.
Other than eating healthy and exercise, Hans goes out on his bike for an hour or two whenever he can. He also starts his day in a hot tub as part of his daily rituals. Hans is a believer of the “power of 3” and applies that to his planning.
