In this episode I talk about how you can get back on track to achieve your goals.

Research has proven that, at any given time, only 50% of your people will be on target which is a pretty frightening statistic. The pressure that puts on a business is extreme, the pressure it places on the individuals who are behind target is really heavy duty and the team overall suffers.

What is required is a quick intervention “to stop the bleeding” as they say and really put a process in place to get back on track. What often happens is we “hope” things get better, we encourage harder work but very often we don’t realize that some significant changes in behavior and attitude have to occur in order to correct the situation.

This 10 Step process to getting back on track is a tried and tested formula that really challenges the way of working to ensure that the correct alterations are made to ensure that targets are achieved.

I know this works, and I want to share it with you here.
