One book that made a huge impact on Barbara’s life is Man’s Search for Meaning”, written by Viktor Frankl in 1946 chronicling his experiences as an Auschwitz concentration camp inmate during World War II, and describing his psychotherapeutic method, which involved identifying a purpose in life to feel positively about, and then immersively imagining that outcome.

Daily habits and rituals; Barbara likes to start and end each day with 15 minutes of quiet time for reflection.

Barbara is giving away two free sample chapters of her book which you can download at www.changecatalysts.com.  You can connect with Barbara on LinkedIn or Twitter.
