Today’s guest, Ace Chapman, did go from college dropout to serial investor – via the corporate world, which he instantly recognised as not the place for him.

Ace decided that instead of starting businesses he was going to skip those initial 5 years of grind, and focus on purchasing businesses that were beyond that initial phase. Listen to his logic – which is compelling!

Serious about buying a business, but have no capital? Well, listen to how that did not get in Ace’s way! As he says, you have to think outside the box!

Only 3% of his deals are bank financed – that alone makes Ace worth listening to!

Ace has now published all his learning in his new book “Ace Formula“, which is a great read! He also works 1:1 with clients to help them through their first deal and then gives them access to his community of investors and entrepreneurs.

Talk about a community of like minded people!

Interestingly, when I asked Ace what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur, his immediate response was – find a mentor!!
