Today’s guest is Ace Chapman, a second-timer on Winning at Business and Life Podcast.
Having Ace as my guest for the second time is a privilege that I was excited about!
Ace has been an entrepreneur all his life and everything he does reflects that.
He has built his business by buying established small businesses, and the key is in the word “established” as that is the foundation of his philosophy.
He believes by doing this he is avoiding the pitfalls of the “early starters”. It’s hard to argue with him when you see his results!
In his pursuit of sharing his expertise and being able to help others improve their lives, Ace started offering his services to individuals, small businesses, and private equity firms; educating them on how to buy income-producing businesses that increase their income.
As to his favorite book, Ace says he finds Ling Texas Business Raider fascinating due to its amazing story.
His daily routine starts at around 8:00am with a bottle of water, some stretching, a little bit of meditation, his daily dose of yogurt and some bulletproof coffee.
