Renee LESPINARD
Background
Renee is a learning, coaching, management and leadership development expert. She provides support to leaders, managers and experts working in multicultural, multifunctional environments. She works with line, middle and top-level management, as well as coaching “high potentials”, senior managers and executive teams. She also delivers seminars and individual coaching programs to people in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the US.
She is a qualified coach, facilitator and trainer, and presently lives in France. Before becoming a coach, Renee spent 15 years as manager in diverse international and multicultural environments in the USA, Asia and Europe.
Style
Renee’s belief is that « where there’s a will there’s a way ». Her individual coaching, facilitation and training has one main purpose: to enable the participant or participants not only to achieve their goals, but to better understand themselves and their way of functioning, helping them to open up to others and build relationships that make sense, feel good and are beneficial to all parties.
She is known for her energy, her creativity, her ability to allow others to open up and her drive to support and challenge participants in their journey towards self-discovery, thus helping them to reach set objectives by changing habits that are not enhancing the growth they desire. She provides an environment that facilitates the emergence of deep reflection, allowing participants to reconnect to their feelings, and offers the security and freedom necessary to enable testing different ways of doing things to reach their set individual and organizational goals.
