Dave Buffham

Background

Dave is a coach and facilitator with particular experience in building cohesion, effectiveness and aligned purpose in teams. He works across a wide variety of sectors including; financial services, retail and manufacturing. Recently Dave has undertaken a series of High Performance Coaching assignments with the RFU and a variety of Premiership Rugby clubs.

He considers himself really fortunate and privileged to have spent his entire career helping teams and individuals make huge leaps forward in their effectiveness and performance. Dave's corporate life was always in commercial roles, so for him developmental interventions have to help deliver the results, but at the heart of true success lies engaged and energised people!

Dave's past experience includes many years leading large and complex operations teams with various blue chip retailers both in corporate headquarters and field based.

As an accredited and experienced practitioner of Insights Discovery and Lumina Spark, Dave is well versed in the dynamics required to make teams and individuals perform. He is also one of our Executive Coaches, accredited by Middlesex University and the Association for Coaching.

As a coach he draws upon his experiences to both support and challenge clients to achieve the breakthroughs they need to be the very best that they can be. He delivers his training and interventions to:

Dave gets a real kick out of working with teams and individuals at all levels, but especially with top teams balancing the delivery of their strategic agenda alongside the operational priorities which can often spill into conflict and frustration.

Most of all Dave believes that development interventions have to be enjoyable – we learn the most when we are at play!!!

Outside work Dave is a keen dinghy sailor and water sports enthusiast.
